Intertruck extend 2009 sponsorship and hospitality scheme

2009 was the first year that Intertruck ran its innovative and hugely successful Hospitality programme by sponsoring up and coming Sky Sports Elite League speedway rider Ben Barker of Coventry Bees.

Our Branch Managers, suppliers (who supported us with the initiative) and customers fostered better local relationships and also got the opportunity to join in the success of Bens first season in top-flight speedway:

- Coventry Bees Rider of the Year
- Coventry Bees Most Improved Rider of the Year
- Picked for Team GB World Cup squad
- Nominated for BBC Midlands Breakthrough Sports Personality of the Year
- Won New Year Classic at Poole
- 9 appearances on Sky Sports live speedway coverage on a Monday night
- All this despite Ben breaking his leg at the start of the season!!

Because of the success of this year, Intertruck will be sponsoring Ben Barker again in 2010 who is tipped for even bigger success!!!
